  • Fraudulent Documents: Fake IDs, diplomas, licenses, banknotes.

2. Restricted Items (Conditions Apply)

These items may be sold under specific conditions (e.g., proof of age, licensing):

  • Alcohol & Tobacco: Must comply with age verification laws and advertising standards.

  • High Fat, Salt, Sugar (HFSS) Food Items: Promotion is limited by UK regulation.

  • Pets & Live Animals: Commercial sale of animals is restricted; puppies must be at least 8 weeks old.

  • Tickets: No resale of government-funded or charity event tickets.

  • Second-hand Electrical Goods: Must be PAT tested and safe for resale.

3. Prohibited Practices & Behaviours

  • Pressure Selling: Aggressive or coercive sales tactics.

  • Spamming or Duplicating Listings: Reposting the same item in multiple categories.

  • Unclear Pricing: Hidden costs, failure to disclose VAT or shipping fees.

  • Underage Users: Sellers must be 18 years or older.

4. Business Responsibility

All users are responsible for:

  • Complying with applicable UK laws and industry regulations.

  • Ensuring accurate and transparent product/service descriptions.

  • Respecting intellectual property and avoiding deceptive marketing.

5. Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these policies, please contact support@loldeal.com immediately. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts without prior notice.
